Taking advantage of the difference in solubility between hydrogen peroxide and the working fluid and the density difference between the working fluid and water, the working fluid containing hydrogen peroxide is extracted with pure water to obtain an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide (commonly known as hydrogen peroxide). The aqueous solution of hydrogen oxide is purified by heavy aromatics and purged with air to obtain a hydrogen peroxide product with a specific concentration. The working liquid after water extraction is settled to remove water, and after being treated with potassium carbonate solution and activated alumina, it is returned to the hydrogenation process for continuous recycling.
